HazComFast publishes its prices. The five alternatives below don't.

HazComFast values come from its published plans. Each competitor value quotes that vendor's own page, read on October 8, 2026; the sources are listed under the table. A dash marks a capability the vendor's pages don't state either way. It doesn't mean the product lacks it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does HazComFast compare to SiteDocs?
SiteDocs runs safety forms and toolbox talks, and its forms keep working without a network: "No network? No problem! SiteDocs will automatically upload as soon as you are back online." Its pricing page says "An initial call is required to provide a custom price quote" (sitedocs.com, read October 8, 2026). HazComFast is built around the chemicals on a jobsite: the SDS binder on the phone, GHS workplace labels, the written HazCom program and the chemical inventory, with field forms and permits alongside. Its 5 plans, from Free to $799 a month are posted.
Is HazComFast cheaper than VelocityEHS or KPA?
Nobody outside a sales call can tell you. KPA's pricing page says "Get a custom quote built for your business," and VelocityEHS doesn't post a price list on ehs.com (both checked October 8, 2026). HazComFast posts its prices: Free, then $69, $199, $399 and $799 a month. Workers, foremen and subs are free on every plan. Get their quote and put it next to our pricing page.
Can I switch from MSDSonline to HazComFast?
Yes. Bring the SDS PDFs you already have. HazComFast's AI SDS extraction reads them and builds the chemical inventory, jobsite by jobsite.
Do I need a demo to see what HazComFast includes?
No. Every plan, its price and the capabilities it opens are on the pricing page. The free tools on this site, the GHS label generator among them, work without an account.
Get the Binder in Order Before the Inspector Arrives. Are You Ready?
OSHA does not give advance notice of inspections (29 CFR 1903.6). Get the binder in order before the opening conference, not during it.
