Compare every plan, line by line

Five plans, three capacity limits, and a list of capabilities that says exactly where each one switches on. Start with the profile that sounds like your company, then read the table underneath it. Workers are unlimited and free on all five.

Which one am I?

Pick by the shape of the work, not by the feature list. Almost every contractor recognizes themselves in one of these five in about ten seconds.

One crew, one site

Free — $0

An owner-operator or a small shop working a single job at a time, with a shelf of paint, adhesive and solvent. The binder is the problem, not the org chart.

You are here if: You could name every chemical you own from memory.

1 jobsite · 50 chemicals · 1 admin seat · unlimited workers

Specialty subcontractor

Starter — $69/mo

Electrical, HVAC, plumbing or concrete, running a few jobs at once for different general contractors, each wanting proof before you set foot on site.

You are here if: Two or three jobs are open at any moment, and somebody asks for your SDS binder monthly.

3 jobsites · 300 chemicals · 2 admin seats · unlimited workers

Contractor with a safety program

Pro — $199/mo

Permits get pulled, energy gets locked out, inspections happen weekly, and somebody has to be able to prove all of it after the fact.

You are here if: You issue hot work or confined space permits, or you run lockout on a regular basis.

10 jobsites · Unlimited chemicals · 5 admin seats · unlimited workers

General contractor coordinating subs

Fleet — $399/mo

Many sites, several crews, a rotating cast of subcontractors whose paperwork becomes your exposure the moment they walk through the gate.

You are here if: You are the one collecting other companies' compliance, not just your own.

30 jobsites · Unlimited chemicals · 15 admin seats · unlimited workers

Group with several entities

Enterprise — $799/mo

Multiple operating companies or regions, consolidated reporting, and an onboarding that has to survive a handover.

You are here if: One safety director answers for more than one legal entity.

Unlimited jobsites · Unlimited chemicals · Unlimited admin seats · unlimited workers

In every plan, starting with Free

These do not move between tiers, and four of them cannot be gated at all because an employer owes them to a worker. The list, with the citation behind each one.

What each plan opens

Every row below runs today. Nothing here is a roadmap item, and 6 rows of this table stay open on every plan because the law says they have to. The floor is wider than the table: the billing lock only ever touches writing, so every read stays open too.

  • SDS lookup: hazards, first aid, PPE

    Every plan, always

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8) requires access during every work shift. Never gated, on any plan.

  • Chemical inventory by jobsite

    From Free

  • AI SDS extraction from your own PDFs

    From Free

  • GHS workplace labels (Avery and Zebra stock)

    From Free

  • QR codes and public container scan

    Every plan, always

  • Offline SDS packs, stored on the device

    From Free

  • Storage compatibility checks

    From Free

  • SDS revision-date monitoring

    From Starter

A shield means no plan can close it — not Free, and not an account that lapsed. Safety data sheets, emergency mode, worker record access and full export stay on, because losing them would put you out of compliance.

Straight answers

If I move up a plan, do I lose anything?

No. Every plan is a superset of the one below it: moving up only raises capacity and switches more modules on. Moving back down keeps every record readable — what a downgrade limits is creating new work beyond the lower plan's capacity, never reading what is already there.

How many users do I get on each plan?

Unlimited, on every plan including Free. Laborers, foremen, superintendents and invited subcontractors cost nothing and are never counted. The only seat we count is the administrator — the person who can change the compliance record for the whole company — and that count is on the table below.

What does the table not show?

Anything that is not shipped yet. The matrix is generated from the product's own capability list and only shows what is delivered, which is why it is shorter than a roadmap. We would rather sell a shorter list you can verify today.

Can I mix, or pay only part of the year?

Plans are whole, so there is no à la carte assembly, but billing is monthly or annual on every tier and annual gives you two months free. Construction is seasonal: dropping to Free for the winter keeps every record intact and readable, and you pick the plan back up in the spring.

Still not sure? Start on the free plan and find out for real

It runs a real jobsite, it does not expire, and it needs no card. Most contractors know which plan they need after one week of actual use, which is a better answer than any table can give.
